With its rustic decor, you will find yourself at ease wether you are with your loved ones, friends, or even colleagues. With the coming of each season and the arrival of the new seasonal flavors, the chef allows himself to be influenced by the local produce around him to create the new menus. We are proud to provide, to our patrons, authentic and high quality home-made meals with a particular attention to transforming all the ingredients in house. By doing this, it allows us to offer healthy and fresh food; most of our meals are even allergen and gluten-free! We have in hand micro-brewed Québec beers, as well as a wine card with solely private imports. This approach is the concept of Bistro Kapzak, come and taste the difference.
