The chef's biography
Our chef, Jean-Marc Enderlin, is also a nutrition advisor and a specialist in raw and hypo-toxic cuisine. Both a chef and an instructor at Spa-Eastman, he has a diploma from CERDEN (Centre Européen pour la Recherche, le Développement et l’Enseignement de la Nutrithérapie). Over the course of his career, Jean-Marc has had an opportunity to work in various restaurants around the world: in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Greece, and Belgium, where he was in charge of the kitchen at the famous Restaurant TAN in Brussels. Settled in Eastman since 2012, he creates cuisine brilliantly pairing healthfulness and innovation, and bursting with flavours and colours.
